I found this yummy yummy dessert on the Sisters Cafe and made it for Max's baby blessing! So many people commented on it and wanted the recipe. It is so easy and delicious!
Peanut Butter Cup Trifle Dessert

Combine pudding and milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and vanilla, beat until smooth. Gently fold in 2 cups cool whip.
Layer in trifle dish-- ½ the brownies, ½ the crumbled peanut butter cups, ½ the pudding mixture. Repeat. Top with cool whip and peanut butter cups. Chill until serving.

* Steak Shishkabobs *
I LOVE this recipe! We had it at my aunt's house this summer and it was so flavorful and delicious! It is very easy to put together and great for a summer night :)
Shishkabob Marinade
* 1/2 - 3/4 c. soy sauce
* 2 t. worchestershire sauce
* 1/4 - 1/3 c. veg. oil
* 2 minced cloves garlic
* 1/4 c. lemon juice
* Sugar or brown sugar to taste (I used 1/4 c. brown sugar)
* pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients well (the oil will thicken mixture) - marinade meat and veggies all day.
Can use: Sirloin steak, chicken, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, cherry tomatoes, fresh pineapple, etc.
Thread meat and veggies onto presoaked skewer (so that they don't burn). Preheat gas grill to about 300 degrees (if yours doesn't have a temperature gauge, heat it on very low. You don't want them to cook too fast or they will dry out.) Grill for about 15 minutes or until desired doneness.

* Something new... *
Well, I decided that I need to get a little more organized and try something new so here it is: a recipe blog :) I am by no means a great cook and sometimes I don't even like to cook but I do love to eat and I need to feed my family so cooking is inevitable. I am all for cheap/fast/easy recipes and I am always scouring other websites looking for more! Here is my attempt at organizing my recipes and sharing them with others who may be searching for something new--just like I am always doing!
